This rule change is a critical piece in restoring credibility to our free market system. For too long market manipulation has been the only fundamental that drives our markets. Companies and individuals have lost their hard earned money because of the tactics employed by these financial institutions that do follow the rules. They operate by breaking the rules this is the business model. It is beyond time for them to be held accountable.
