To all parties concerned,
As an international retail investor I encourage that this rule should be implemented as soon as possible.
The past few months have shown clear market manipulation and therefore I am afraid to make further investments in American stock market if this market manipulation is allowed to continue. I strongly urge for SR-NSCC-2021-801 to be implemented immediately to stop further damages to the American economy and save us international retail investors from losing our faith in this system.
