SR-NSCC-2021-801 Is a good thing for the market as a whole. I have witnessed a large amount of market manipulation occur recently. Most of which seems to be the result of naked shorting and other shady practices by large hedge funds. Please be very thorough when assessing the risks they are taking. I vote yes on the passing of SR-NSCC-2021-801
