To whom it may concern,
I believe there is no reason to even explain why am I commenting on this rule change. There are eyes, from all over the world, watching you guys right now. Fraudulent activity in the stock market is the downfall of free trade if you let this continue, please consider doing the right thing. I am 100% in favor of passing this rule change IMMEDIATELY.
