I am an individual investor expressing my concerns.
I believe enforcing this rule will lead to accountability for those who take advantage of the short selling and borrowing program. I would like to see stronger regulation and penalties if these are broken, as the market has a broad exposure and directly affects the citizens of such economy, which must have strict rules to become more equal for all.
