I fully support this rule and urge the SEC to implement it as soon as possible.
As a retail investor, the blatant and obvious market manipulation I have witnessed in recent months has made me reluctant to invest in US securities in future. This rule is an excellent first step towards restoring my confidence in free and fair markets.
