I believe SR-NSCC-2021-801 is essential to insure the future wellbeing of all investors. Far too many retail investors are being damaged by the manipulative practices employed by certain entities, and although they are illegal, these entities avoid detection, by circumventing the system. This amendment will be a great step in the right direction, and one that will add necessary clarity and transparency. Thank You for your efforts.
