Hello,
I firmly believe this new rule ( SR-NSCC-2021-801 ) needs to be implemented immediately to help stop the insane amount of market manipulation carried out daily by the \" to big to fail intuitions\". Not only are they just flat out stealing from the average everyday hard working Americans but also from individuals around the globe and causing the entire world focusing in on our broken system just watching to see if these institutions get held accountable for their crimes against the blue collar workers. Please do the right thing and pass this ruling and the others supporting it hopefully restoring faith in our supposed free market. Thank you for taking our comments.
