I am an individual investor/retail investor, who feels this rule (SR NSCC-2021-801) should be implemented as the current stock market manipulation is currently getting out of hand, completely ruining the market and stocks/companies that have growth potential and great products, etc and are being kept down because of greedy hedge funds and market makers that 9nly care about their wallet instead of further helping stimulate and grow the economy and help smaller business grow and become bigger companies. Even compa ies that could potentially help the country or even the world with better products, services, etc.
