I am a retail investor and I approve of the changes SR-NSCC-2021-801 would make to Supplemental Liquidity Deposits. Requiring members to contribute SLD's based on the daily position reports introduced by DTC-003 would be a great way to increase accountability among NSCC members. Please enact rule SR-NSCC-2021-801.
