To those whom hold the power to level the playing field,
I am an individual retail investor and urge you to enact the proposed rule SR-NSCC-2021-801.
Only criminals, liars, and the like, fear accountability and transparency. Vote to pass rule SR-NSCC-2021-801 so that those who are cheating the system, and are in turn destroying the American dream, are held to the same standards as those of us chasing that very dream.
Many times over have I witnessed the abuse of our financial systems through market manipulation by hedge funds who seek to keep the game rigged in their favor. Lets do whats right by passing SR-NSCC-2021-801 and taking one giant leap towards a just and fair market for all.
