Hello,
I am an individual investor ( retail investor ) who feels this rule ( NSCC-2021-801 ) should be implemented as the current stock market manipulation is currently getting out of hands completely ruining the market and particular stocks. I strongly believe this new regulation has the ability to fix some of existing issues on the stock market.
