I fully support the implementation of this rule. I believe it will help to mitigate risky plays from all actors within the market. Particularly those who use naked short positions, FTDs, trading loopholes, and the lack of transparency therein to blatantly manipulate stock prices.
I welcome total transparency, as many other retail investors will.
