Please do not filibuster this. Also, please make sure that every large institution that is illegally naked-shorting and hiding FTD shares never gets the opportunity to put the entire economic well-being of the United States of America in jeopardy again. Pretty simple stuff that the SEC should have handled but YELLEN doesnt want to use the tools giving to her to regulate.
