The rule should have been implemented much earlier. SEC, please hold yourselves accountable as being on the right side of history will far outweigh the bribery that is being paid by the hedge funds that are illegally manipulating the market through loopholes. It is not longer the 1990’s, 2000’s, or even 2010’s. It is 2021 and the entire world is watching. Thank you.
