To whom it may concern As a retail investor I believe this rule change is good. This keeps bad actors in the market from running wild. Short selling without checks and balances is bad. And if we don’t do something soon. We will have a crisis that will make 2008 seem like 1929. 2022 will be so devastating that there will be no milk in the stores. No medicine on the counters. Or meat on the hooks. It’s time to make this market what it was always meant to be: For the People, By the People. Phillip Garcia
