Greetings,

I do support this rule as it stands for the transparency of the free market!

I do think that the current mechanics of the stock exchanges already give too many opportunities for the participants for market manipulation. If it is so, make it transparent and superviseable!

As far as I understand the New York Stock Exchange was originally founded so that both individuals and institutions can provide support to firms, based on their fundamentals and vision, therefore these firms can reward their investors with blooming enterprises, dividends and such.

As of now, the stock exchanges look more like casinos which are about speculation and short-term gains, not acknowledging the devastating long-term damage that can be done to firms and the free market. Overlooking and poorly supervising blatant market manipulation will lead to the stock exchanges failing their foundational purpose therefore discouraging sober-minded investors to participate.

I wholeheartedly believe that through effort and caution we can improve the stock exchanges to better serve their original purpose.

Respectfully,
