To Whom It May Concern, I'm an individual retail investor and would like the opportunity to voice my opinion regarding rule SR-NSCC-2021-801. I am in favor of enacting the law about accountability for those that are dealing with shortselling stocks and the borrowing program. I would also like to suggest that you impose rigourosly penalties to those that abuse the system and bankrupt companies that actually contributes to the society. Thank you
