Hello regulators, Moreso than any year in my lifetime, the opportunity to curtail predatory investment practices is upon us. Just as investments are a game of missing a hundred mediocre opportunities for the sake of one great one, now is the time to take to task the players who have weakened our markets. While there will always be a need for vultures to clear away the dead, there’s very rarely a need for predators to attack unquestionably profitable companies responsible for wide employment and large profits. Rule 801 has the potential to upset the current order of US markets, but degenerate behavior should be so upset. I trust that you’ll move as so suits the markets, all while maintaining the reputation of domestic trade that we’ve all come to rely upon. Thank you for your consideration, Dan Olson
