Good morning, My name is Thomas Tockey. I am a retail investor and registered nurse. I am writing today to voice my support of SR-NSCC-2021-801. It is my interpretation of the nursing scope and standards of practice to speak out against inequalities and injustices that affect the health of our global and local communities. The market is in need of greater transparency and regulation to ensure that proprietary strategies do not include practices that lead to strategic failure to delivers. This regulation would be beneficial to the national and international economy by mitigating risks associated with big players overlevereging thier positions. I support this regulation as it is another step in stopping the ever growing divide between those who have wealth and those who do not. This rule would provide a barrier to prevent a malicious practice that is being used by some individuals for personal gain at the expense of small businesses and small investors.
