To whom it may concern, I am writing today to voice my support to the changes contained in the aforementioned proposal. Transparency and fairness are key in a truly free market. Hedge funds and market makers have been taking advantage of the common American for too long. They line their pockets with retail investors’ money because they have access to information and techniques that make the playing field anything, but level. Retail investors have never been more aware of the disparity in information provided to themselves and institutional investors. Confidence in the system is eroding quickly for myself and millions of Americans as well as international investors. Do the job that you exist to do, and restore faith in OUR free market by passing NSCC-2021-801. Thank you, Reese Proctor
