I am writing you today as a concerned United States citizen. I believe this rule should be passed immediately and make those responsible for making irresponsible and illegal decisions with manipulating the stock market thru various entries, I believe this new rule will make those persons accountable financially and morally for the sake of all true and legit law abiding citizens.
