Good morning. I am a retail investor and I endorse the rule named above as a necessary step for the security of markets. I hope that there will in the future be increased oversight of institutions managing large amounts of people's hard earned money because they have a huge responsibility to be careful with other people's money, especially retirement savings and investments that they rely on to live on when they can't work anymore.
