Dear SEC, I am an individual retail investor and would like the opportunity to voice my opinion regarding rule SR-NSCC-2021-801 I am in favor of enacting the law about accountability for those that are dealing with shortselling stocks and the borrowing program. I would like the rule to be pass. And impose rigourosly penalties to those that abuse the system an bankrrupt companies that with a lot of effort contribute to the society.
