Good Day, As an investor I am asking that you vote YES to this rule that will require the supplemental liquidity. In my opinion he stock market has been become manipulated by electronic trading and voting yes will be a big step in correcting this issue. If the SEC votes yes on this matter we as investors will have much more faith that the hedge funds do not have undo influence with the SEC. If the SEC votes no we as citizens will call for the removal of SEC members who have chosen to side with the hedge funds. This is the right thing to do to restore balance in the market and protect retail investors. Thank you!
