As a retail investor, I fully support the approval and filing of the supplemental liquidity deposit requirements in order to create a more stable, transparent market. Lax rules regarding the liquidity requirements for large funds and market makers have allowed those market participants to introduce unacceptable levels of risk to the market by taking increasingly leveraged and reckless positions. If a retail investor is not allowed these same risky trades due to presenting a risk to their broker, nor should these institutional investors. Best regards, Victor Souto, physician, retail investor
