To whom it may concern, I support passing the rule as proposed in SR-NSCC-2021-801. The integrity of the stock market as seen through the eyes of retail investors such as myself, is deteriorating for a number of reasons. Some of which may be resolved through the passing of this rule. If this country is truly committed to a fair and free market, and wants to retain its current and future participants; rule changes such as these are absolutely imperative.
