Hello, I would like to voice my support regarding the new rules that have been purposed recently by the SEC. I believe the end with numbers like 004, 005 and 801. I feel these rules are important to the proper function of a free market and will allow the SEC to safeguard themselves in case of critical liabilities set upon them by their clients. Please vote yes on these new rules. Thank you Thomas Dixon
