Hello, This is my first time I am actively trying to make a change through government (besides voting). I have always felt like my voice won't matter. But I strongly believe in and support the new rule. It lends to a greater degree of accountability and transparency in the US markets. This new rule will allow the DTCC to preform its self regulator functions more effectively which adds to the overall health of the market. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Alexis
