April 9, 2021 To whom it concerns, I am writing today to voice my support of filing NSCC-2021-801. For far too long, America's market makers have been creating a bastion of personal benefit. This cannot continue. Regulations must be put in place to ensure a fair market. The integrity of the American market has long been at fault and we are long overdue for correction. Mitigating risks within the market is invaluable not only for our homegrown investors but the world at large. It's time to step up.
