Good morning, I believe the subject line document should be fully supported by the SEC. As a retail investor I believe it is in our free market's best interest that we increase the liability on those who choose to improperly leverage themselves. Those that seek to exploit the system for personal gain at the expense of others should be punished, and not rewarded. It is quite frustrating to hear Congressional meetings and news outlets not coming to these conclusions, and this document is a step in the right direction. Sincerely, Joseph Post
