To Whom It May Concern: I am an individual retail investor (Fidelity platform) and would like to express my opinion regarding the proposed rule SR-NSCC-2021-801. These changes to the current RegSHO closeout requirements bring welcome adjustments to the SLD change process move us in the right direction - levelling the playing field for all traders. I would like to see this rule passed and implemented immediately alongside substantially increased penalties for those who ignore required processes.
