To whom it may concern, I am in full support of this regulation and the transparency and stability it will afford members participating in the DTCC. In order for true freedom and accountability to the markets, considerable changes need to be made; however, I beleive this regulation is a significant step in the right direction to ensure the sanctity of a free market system for all participants, including the retail investor.
