To whom it may concern, I will make this short. I believe Rule "srnscc2021801" needs approved. It will protect the retail investors who do not have the many avenues or sheer volume of funds as Hedge Funds to navigate or manipulate the price of any said stock. Please inact this rule and protect the mojority of investors in the market who are your everday citizen retail ivestor trying to better themselves, but have not the ability to protect themselves from the wolves of wallstreet who have many many other advantages legal or illigal. The SEC is and was created for this situation. Bring balance and fairness back for the little guy. Thank you.
