To all parties concerned: As many others have already stated it’s very crucial at this time for the SEC to take steps to bring confidence back to the American retail investors. It’s obvious that the market has been grossly manipulated through hedge funds lack of accountability. For these reasons I support SR-NCSS-2021-801 being implemented now. Retail investors want and should have the right to have confidence in this “fair market”. Thanks for your time A. Mackey
