Good day, This proposed rule should be passed due to naked short selling being rampant in the stock market currently, especially with securities such as AMC and GME. AMC in particular has been exposed to daily naked short selling where borrowed shares are created and not delivered. This is illegal and needs to be chaged to ensure a fair just market for retail shareholders. Thank you, AMC Shareholder
