I believe this rule will enable a more free and fair market for the average investor, and should be passed immediately. The ultimate goal of the SEC should be to enforce as level a playing field as possible for all investors, regardless of their net worth or their broker. This 801 ruling will help enhance trust in the markets, and I strongly urge the SEC to pass it. Thank you
