To whom it may concern, As a retail investor, I would like to submit my vote in favour of passing the SR-NSCC-2921-801 rule. There needs to be more disclosure of information to put an end to the fraudulent and unethical practices and stock manipulation that is currently taking place by hedge funds. Regards, Sandy
