Hello, I would like to express my support for implementing SR-NSCC-2021-801. I believe that abusive, naked shorting and market manipulation has unfortunately become too commonplace, and that it poses a systemic risk to maintaining a fair and transparent stock market. By extension, I believe that a loss of public confidence in the stock market threatens the US' standing in the global economy, and thus threatens the health and livelihood of the US economy and all US citizens.
