Affiliation: Retail Investor Friday, April 9, 2021 To Whom It May Concern: I am in full support of this regulation, and advocate for the change to supplemental liquidity deposits, as proposed in file number NSCC-2021-801. I see this change as long overdue. In my humble opinion, the current lack of financial transparency and accountability of its players - big and small alike - does not lend itself to a "fair and free market." While much still needs to be done, this regulation will help to move our market in that direction. I hope the members of this esteemed council will look favorably upon passing regulation such as this, both presently and in the future. Thank you for your time. D'Won Walker
