The American stock exchange is a necessary and essential system to support capitalism and the American economy. However, while the system is essential and theoretically fair, there are institutions that have been utilizing their power to make a fundamentally fraudulent system. I believe this document is imperative to restoring the integrity of the system by ensuring that fraudulent players understand that unnecessary risky and dangerous decisions have consequences, while also ensuring innocent investors do not get penalized for participating in the market due to dangerous decisions made by others. I believe SR-NSCC-2021-801 is a necessary document to restore faith in the American stock exchange and is necessary to correct a fraudulent and corrupt system.
