As an individual investor, I strongly supporthe the ratification of SR-NSCC-2021-801. I believe that this rule will strengthen the oversight that can be provided by the DTCC and or component of the NSCC. Makin sure that members are kepping accurate of their trading actions is of paramount importance. Given the rapid pace of modern trading, moving the cadence of this “account checks” to daily makes sense for all parties concerned. Besides, the proposed SR-NSCC-2021-801 companion amendment to DTC-003 is a necessary one. It holds person(s) accountable for their actions. Signed, Kevin A Mendez
