I am in very strong support to implement this new regulation. While this is different than the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 in many aspects, the financial accountability that will result as a successful implementation of SR-NSCC-2021-801 will be remembered and covered in history books to the same extent. As a retail investor and young American seeking for reasons to continue to believe in the US stock market, please show us that you are willing to uphold accountability and honor by passing SR-NSCC-2021-801.
