This SR-NSCC-2021-801 needs to take effect immediately. There is too much obscurity in the market, people are not trusting what's being said. It seems that the big money has a very small price to pay for conducting illegal activity on a rather constant basis. These fines are no more than pennies on their dollars. Let's be honest the fines are an absolute joke and gives certain people the green light to conduct in illegal business practices. I would like to see the SEC finally stand up and help combat this plague to our "free" market. I appreciate your time readings and thank you in advance for the noble stance you will take in the end.
