All participants of the market should be encouraged to participate. As it stands now, regarding the uncovering of hedgefunds heavy usage of naked shorts, synthetic shares, dark pools, HFT and other manipulative tactics that weights the market in their favour, I find it crucial that SR-NSCC-2021-801 is implemented immediately. As it stands today, the market is in peril due to the irresponsible and greedy actions of hedgefunds. High-risk-tactics should be followed by high reciprocations if they are in fact, illegal.
