To whom it may concern, I wanted to voice my opinion on SE-NSCC-2021-801. I believe it is imperative that this rule is passed to come closer to a free and fair market for all that chose to invest. I believe there are some members that have many advantages over others and in particular those members should have a higher SLD to secure their positions should they put themselves in a position of high risk. I believe there should be daily reporting or at a minimum, the DTCC should be allowed to request positions daily especially if they believe there is high risk involved. Please consider passing this rule to continue to come closer to a fair market for all. And to stop members from over leveraging while putting others and our economy at risk. Thank you, Jessie M Lisa
