To whom it may concern,
I am a small retail investor who believes strongly that this rule needs to be implemented, to restore faith in the American financial system. This in my opinion is the last chance to help the younger generation invest in America and rise into a middle income standard of living. It will also show to the outside world that yes American is a proud strong nation with values.
