April 9th, 2021 I am in full support of this regulation. I hope this will help to promote a more free and fair market by increasing liability on bad actors within the system. Those that seek to exploit the system for personal gain at the expense of others should be punished, never rewarded. Additionally, I believe that passing this regulation would help restore any faith lost in the US market by investors, whether they be domestic and abroad.
