Thank you for taking the time to consider my submission about the new proposed regulation SR-NSCC-2021-801. As an educated individual and contributor to our society who believes in an absolutely free market, and freedom and confidence from unnoticed manipulation as well as having confidence to make an informed choices - I would like to see this rule passed and implemented immediately.
