Affiliation: Retail Investor Friday, April 9th, 2021 To the hard workers at the SEC: I am strongly in favor of SR-NSCC-2021-801. The fresh air of transparency and accountability has long been needed in the musky back alleys of the investment world, and I believe SR-NSCC-2021-801 is a mighty gust in the right direction. I hope the SEC feels as strongly about SR-NSCC-2021-801 as I do. I hope SR-NSCC-2021-801 will promote a freer and fairer market by increasing the penalization of bad actors within the system. Those that try to find loopholes and take advantage of vague wording will no longer succeed in bending the law to their will. Once again, I believe SR-NSCC-2021-801 is a necessary fortification for current rules, laws, and regulations. While more should be done, this regulation is a step in the right direction.
